How to request a refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide proof: Send us an unboxing video and photo of the damaged product along with your order number.
3. Verification process: After reviewing your claim, we will initiate the refund process.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount will reflect the cost of the product only (shipping charges are not refundable).
We do not offer refunds for items that are damaged due to misuse or external factors unrelated to the product’s quality or shipping process.
